The Group operates through three complementary verticals: Montfort Advisory, providing strategic business development, geopolitical risk advisory, and public relations and crisis communications; Montfort Executive, representing former senior officials and luminaries and delivering their judgment to the institutions that need it; and Montfort Nexus, our convening vertical, which assembles principals and decision-makers around the questions that matter.
